Return & Exchange
Order Cancellation
To request the cancellation of an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled. If work has already begun on your order, you may be charged a restocking/processing fee.
Please be aware that loose stone (Cubic Zirconia/Moissanite) orders from Sparkling Edge, whether they are listed or custom cut, certified or non-certified, are not eligible for returns or cancellations under any circumstances. We will share all relevant details, including photos or videos of the finished item, with customers before shipping.
Returns
You can submit return request using 2 different methods:
- Using contact us form
- From Dropdown menu “Reason For Contact”, select “Return Order Request”.
- Send us an email at [email protected]
- Subject Line = [Return Order Request] [Order Number]
Following details are compulsory when you send us the Return Order Request
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- We can ask for Photos or Video of the item which you received in case the reason of return is indicating the requirement of them for further investigation.
Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will email you with return instructions. Please follow our process carefully and ship the package back within 7 days of receiving approval from Sparkling Edge, following the instructions provided.
Please note that if you do not follow our process, we will not be responsible for any issues that may occur with your return order. Additionally, while you are responsible for returning your jewelry, we cannot be held responsible if your parcel is lost or held by customs during the return process.
Exchange/Replacement
You can submit exchange or replacement request using 2 different methods:

- From Dropdown menu “Reason For Contact”, select “Exchange/Replacement Order Request”.

- Subject Line = [Exchange/Replacement Order Request] [Order Number]
Following details are compulsory when you send us the Return Order Request
- Order Number
- Reason for Exchange/Replacement
- We can ask for Photos or Video of the item which you received in case the reason of Exchange/Replacement is indicating the requirement of them for further investigation.
After receiving and reviewing the form, if we identify any misleading information regarding your order, we may reject your Exchange/Replacement request.
Upon successful verification, we will send you instructions via email for returning the package, which should be followed carefully. Once we receive your returned package, please email us with the details of the new item(s) you would like in exchange, and we will create a new order in your account.
If the total value of the exchanged items(/new items) is less than the value of the original order, we cannot process the exchange. If the value of the exchanged items(/new items) is over $100, there will be no additional shipping fee. However, if the exchanged items’ value is less than $100, a $15 shipping fee will be payable by buyer.
