Jewelry and Moissanite Certificate

  • Sparkling Edge Jewelry provides an authenticity certificate for its jewelry pieces that includes verification of the metal, moissanite, and gemstone combination.
  • We offer a branded jewelry certificate upon request for all listed jewelry items.
  • To receive the certificate with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order.
  • Please note that there is a charge for the certificate.

Ship to an Alternate Address

We provide the option for customers to ship to an alternate address, as long as it is not a PO box or military address. However, we kindly request that you confirm this address with us before we proceed with the shipment of your order.

Po Box and Military Address

Regrettably, we cannot dispatch your valuable jewelry to either a PO box or a military address. Therefore, we kindly ask that you furnish us with an alternative address to facilitate the complete fulfilment of your shipping order.

Lost Package/Shipment/Item

We take full responsibility for ensuring that your package is delivered to your address safely and securely. However, if our tracking information shows that your Jewelry has been marked as “shipped” and delivered to your address, then the responsibility for the package’s delivery will fall entirely on you. In case you claim that you have not received your package despite our tracking information indicating otherwise, you should contact your local shipping company for further clarification. In such a scenario, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for covering all customs duties and import fees. Please note that Sparkling Edge cannot provide any estimates or quotations of international import fees.

Shipments will be processed through reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, or FedEx. The tracking information will be available within 48-72 hours after the package has been shipped.

If you opt for express shipping and confirm it before the shipment, you can expect to receive your order within 7-9 business days after dispatch.

Please note that we reserve the right to select the shipping company for delivering your jewelry.

Additional Terms and Conditions

If the buyer decides to hold the shipment from their end for any reason and as a result, the shipping courier fails to resume dispatching the parcel in a timely manner, or if the parcel is lost or damaged, we cannot be held responsible for it. We have already gone through the necessary shipping process and provided the tracking number to the buyer for their convenience.

In such situations, the recipient must resolve the issue by directly contacting the shipping courier that we used.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we prefer to confirm the shipping address with the buyer before shipping the product. However, after the shipment has been made, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address as it may depend on the courier service used. If the buyer wishes to make any changes to the shipping address, they can contact us for assistance, but we cannot guarantee that it can be done.
